Virat Kohli scored an unbeaten 82 off 49 balls, which included six fours and five sixes. This was the 45th half-century of Virat Kohli’s IPL career. Talking about Faf du Plessis, he scored an inning of 73 runs in 43 balls, which included six sixes and five fours. RCB won the match with 22 balls remaining.
Chasing the target, Kohli and du Plessis batted cautiously in the beginning and only 5 runs were scored in the first over. In the second over, Kohli made his intentions clear by hitting a four. Then in the third over of the innings, Faf du Plessis hit two sixes and a four while smashing impact player Jason Behrendorff.
