IPL Retention: Teams of Rajasthan, Kolkata, Gujarat and Delhi retained these players

Before the mega auction of IPL 2025, 10 IPL teams have released the retention list of their players today. In which many big players have been dropped from the team, while many small players have been retained in the team by paying crores of rupees.

Shocking decision of Rajasthan Royals

Rajasthan Royals have retained 6 players. In which captain Sanju Samson and batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal have been retained for Rs 18-18 crore. Then Riyan Parag and Dhruv Jurel have been retained by paying Rs 14 crore each. Shimron Hetmyer has been retained for Rs 11 crore. Sandeep Sharma was retained for Rs 4 crore. The team has released both Yuzvendra Chahal and Ashwin.

KKR took a shocking decision

KKR team has retained a total of 6 players. Kolkata Knight Riders have taken a shocking decision and removed their captain Shreyas Iyer. KKR retained 6 players, out of which Rinku Singh got the highest amount of Rs 13 crore. The team has retained Varun Chakraborty and Sunil Narine by paying Rs 12 crore each. Andre Russell has been retained for Rs 12 crore and Harshit Rana-Ramandeep Singh for Rs 4 crore.

Big decision of Gujarat Titans

Gujarat Titans team has retained a total of 5 players. GT has retained Rashid Khan for Rs 18 crore while captain Shubman Gill has been retained for Rs 16.5 crore. Sai Sudarshan has been retained in the team by paying Rs 8.5 crore. Rahul Tewatia and Shahrukh Khan have been retained for Rs 4 crore each.

Pant out of Delhi Capitals

Delhi team has retained a total of 4 players. Delhi team gave the highest amount of Rs 16.50 crore to Akshar Patel. Kuldeep Yadav will get Rs 13.25 crore. Tristan Stubbs has been retained for Rs 10 crore. Abhishek Porel has been retained for Rs 4 crore.
