Rajasthan Royals can retain Sandeep Sharma. Sandeep has played only 2 T20 matches for Team India. He made his debut in 2015 and also played his last international match in the same year. Sandeep has a good record in domestic cricket and he has bowled lethally in the IPL as well. Sandeep has taken 137 wickets in 126 IPL matches.
Cost of retaining uncapped players
