ICC has released the list of ICC Men's Player of the Month players for the month of April. The names of players from UAE, Namibia and Pakistan team are included in this list. Whereas not a single player of Team India is included in this list. However, this is not a big deal because these days all the players of Team India are playing in the Indian Premier League held in India. Team India did not play any international match in April. These players are included in this list
1. Gerhard Erasmus (Namibia)
Namibian cricketer Gerhard Erasmus has been named in the ICC Men's Player of the Month list for the first time. Gerhard Erasmus is also the captain of the Namibian team. Erasmus' performance in April was excellent. On the Oman tour, Erasmus performed brilliantly with both bat and ball in the T20 series. Erasmus was also chosen player of the match in a match of this series.

2. Muhammad Wasim (UAE)
April did not start well for the UAE player but he soon returned to form and scored many runs. In the series played against Kuwait, Mohammad Wasim played innings of 65, 48 and 45 runs in three matches. Apart from this, Wasim had scored a brilliant century in the final of the ACC Premier Cup. In which he hit 6 fours and 7 sixes.
3. Shaheen Afridi (Pakistan)
Pakistan team's fast bowler Shaheen Afridi performed brilliantly in the T20 series played against New Zealand. Shaheen also took the most wickets for Pakistan in this series. In the second match of the series, due to Shaheen's brilliant bowling, the New Zealand team was out for just 90 runs. In this match Afridi took 3 wickets for 13 runs. This series between Pakistan and Kiwi team was drawn 2-2.
